PAG Show Entry Requirements and Process


Submittals: Entrants must be members of EAP.  Annual dues - $50.00.  Join at Municipal Gallery.


Submit jpegs for review to Show Coordinator. Look for submittal dates in Yahoo Group emails.

All shows hang at 11:00 am, the first Saturday of the month.  The Reception is the following, second, Saturday.


Accepted Images:  Entry Fee - $20.00 per accepted image (up to 24” wide) Higher fee for larger entries: 24" to 36" = $30.00, 36" to 40" = $40.00. 


Make checks payable to “PAG.”   Write name of show on check.

Hanging/Take Down: Deliver image (or pick up previous show image) at Municipal Gallery on first Saturday of the month, 10:30 am –  11:00 am. Receptions are on the second Saturday of the month, 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. 

Salon Jpeg Submissions

Up to four images, No longer than 1920 pixels, no taller than 1200 pixels
sRGB, High Quality

Filename Suggestion: Name_month or title_seq#.jpg
     example: eric-jan 16-1.jpg, eric-jan 16-2.jpg, etc.

The submission window closes at 5:00 pm Monday night.
